We just got back from Ohio. Bryce and Zoe got to see “Babe and Paw” as well as great-grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Zoe was dedicated at Grace Brethren Church by Pastor Thayer (he also married us, gave the eulogy at Justice’s funeral and dedicated Bryce). Bryce got to swim, golf, hike, catch lightning bugs, ride a lawn tractor and watch fireworks. Highlights for me included touring the Jones potato chip factory and eating Amish made food and seeing Amish people. I’m pretty sure those were highlights for Lisa, too. Ohio was beautiful… humid, hot and rainy, but beautiful nonetheless. We got to the airport 20 minutes before our departure… ugh.
